Latest round of Houghton Plot soil tests due back in April Updated at

Results from the latest round of soil testing at homes in the Houghton Plot will be given to property owners by April 8, and the state Department of Environmental Conservation will hold a public meeting on the ongoing study in May, a DEC spokeswoman said Friday. The DEC had previously said the results would be given to homeowners in March and a public meeting would also be held this month.
