Suffolk Constabulary was called to Needham Road, outside PPG Industries, at 9.05am and the two males, described by officers as looking under the age of 18, were taken to Bury St Edmunds police investigation centre. Pedro Perez, site manager for PPG, said the lorry was not on its way to the premises when the incident took place.
