Flynn Group , a Louisville-based commercial real estate development group, is constructing Conestoga Station, a 59,190-square-foot retail center on Conestoga Parkway that will be part of Settlers Point Business Park, which is located right off exit 117. Settlers Point is home to several retailers, including Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Lowe's Companies Inc., Ken Towery Auto Care, Cattleman's Roadhouse, Park Community Federal Credit Union and Shepherd's Crossing, a retail center anchored by The Kroger Co.

Plan shows restaurants and retail coming to Whole Foods shopping center

Whole Foods Market will have a mix of neighboring restaurants and retail shops once it opens later this year in Fayetteville. An updated merchandising plan from developer S.J. Collins Enterprises shows six executed contracts for the various spaces being built alongside the new grocery store being built as part of the College Marketplace shopping center.
