The phone will be available as an Enterprise Edition in select markets, with two years of market availability and four years of security updates. In the US, it will launch with Verizon in the first half of this year, for USD 499.99.

(Telecompaper) Microsoft has unveiled its latest Surface Go tablet. With a recommended retail rate of USD 399, Microsoft said the tablet is its smallest and most affordable Surface yet. The device weighs 1.15 pound and is 8.3 mm thin, with a 10 inch screen and a PixelSense Display that supports a Surface Pen with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. The idea is for note taking with the screen to feel natural and intuitive. The tablet with Wi-Fi will be available for pre-order on 10 June and in store on 2 August in a number of countries. An LTE model will come out later this year.
