Proactive protection features block both good and bad programs. There's really no reason to buy this when you can get better firewall protection for free.

In addition, it asks you, the user, to make many of its security decisions. That may be fine if you're a security expert, but the average user should probably choose an antivirus that's more self-sufficient.
