Voltage Controlled Oscillator delivers +5.5 dBm output.
2014-07-18 14:56:39| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Housed in industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, Model CVCO55BE-1000-2000 operates from 1,000–2,000 MHz with control voltage range of 1.0~20 V, and features typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset. Input voltage is 10 V with maximum current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 7.5 MHz and 2.5 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical.
