Utilizing surface acoustic wave resonator technology, 245.760 MHz Model CCSO-914X-245.760 provides -150 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 KHz offset and noise floor of -169 dBc/Hz. Unit operates from 3.3 or 5 V and generates true sinewave with +8 dBm min output power. Device has no sub-harmonics and second harmonic is -20 dBc typical. Housed in 9 x 14 mm SMT package with temperature range of -40 to +85°C, oscillator is suited for ADCs, clocks for DDS, test and measurement, and point-to-point radios. Crystek designed the module using proprietary circuitry and SAW (surface acoustic wave) resonator technology to provide ultra-low jitter/phase noise performance with true SineWave output.
