Spyglass Resources Corp. Details Executive Appointments

Tom Buchanan, Dan O'Byrne and Randall Findlay have new roles beginning July 1, Spyglass said.

The amendment will reduce its working capital requirement as a condition to obtain an additional $40 million for the Spyglass Project acquisition.

The program is expected to employ three drilling rigs in the Matziwin area of southern Alberta.

The six newly completed wells in its Spyglass property had a combined gross initial production rate of 2,600 barrels of oil per day.
