Residents of The Settlements, a neighborhood in Charlotte near the Concord Regional Airport, say they are opposed to any further expansion of that busy airport. In an email to WBTV, the president of the Homeowners Association says that noise levels have become much higher since Allegiant Air began its passenger service from the airport.
