Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti joined city leaders and airport officials Tuesday to mark the start of a $508 million face-lift for the terminal that houses Southwest Airlines at Los Angeles International Airport. Southwest Airlines passengers will have roomier waiting areas, bigger restrooms and a sleeker looking ticketing lobby with additional windows for more natural light.
