Penn State construction may cause traffic delays

Construction at Pennsylvania State University will likely cause major traffic this summer. Construction crews are scheduled to replace a 100-year old water line on College Avenue, which is one the college’s busiest street. Work will take place Monday-Saturday 7 a.m. -11 p.m. and on Sunday 9a.m.-5 p.m. Approximately 3,000 feet of the water line will be replaced.
