Los Angeles-based Boingo Wireless reports that it has signed a major, U.S. tier one wireless carrier in a Wi-Fi offload agreement. Name of the carrier was not announced, nor were financial terms of the deal, however, Boingo said that the deal will offload Wi-Fi on 40 million handsets using Boingo's network in 2015.
