On Thursday, the store's in-house brewery, Whole Foods Market Brewing Company , hosted its first beer dinner; the meal featured six of brewmaster Dave Ohmer's creations alongside courses prepared by the store's executive chef Josh Shobe.

Man Steals Lobster and Steak From Whole Foods, Police Say

A thief with a taste for surf and turf stole lobster, shrimp and steak from a Whole Foods Market on the day before Thanksgiving, according to a police report. Officers arrested Michael Parascandola, 50, at the Whole Foods at Third Street and Third Avenue after he shoplifted 10 lobster tails worth $200, three rib-eye steaks valued at $60 and an undisclosed amount of frozen shrimp worth $96 on Nov. 26 about 3:30 p.m., police said.
