San Miguel Corp., DMCI Holdings Inc., and Megawide Construction Corp. are expected to slug it out for the construction and maintenance of a regional prison facilities worth P50.2 billion in Nueva Ecija. The PPP Center announced the three groups submitted prequalification documents for the proposed modern regional prison facilities which would be located in a 500-hectare portion of Fort Magsaysay in Nueva Ecija.
