International Workshop Agreement (IWA) workshop on sustainable non-sewered sanitation systems will take place June 28–30, 2016 in Singapore. Being held by ANSI, this IWA is intended to support development of international standard to ensure safety aspects of next generation toilets. International standard, applicable to individual and community sanitation systems, would also ensure treated discharged products pose no user, operator health, or environment risks.
