Cypress Semiconductor has introduced at Embedded World today a PSoC 4 programmable system-on-chip device with a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 core. The device also adds more programmable analogue and digital blocks, 128kbyte flash memory, a direct memory access controller and dual control area network interfaces.
