Controversy over a multi-billion-dollar gas main replacement program in Chicago will not delay Wisconsin Energy Corp.'s planned acquisition of the gas mains' owner Integrys Energy Group , Wisconsin Energy chairman and CEO Gale Klappa said Tuesday.
