Reuters: Long before a natural gas storage well sprung a disastrous leak near Los Angeles, utilities and national industry groups were raising alarms about the danger of aging underground storage infrastructure. Rising incomes are driving the growth of new and used car sales in the Kingdom, putting pressure on the Kingdom's limited road infrastructure, an industry specialist said yesterday. Peter Brongers, president of the Cambodia Automotive Industry Federation , said imports of new and used vehicles grew by over 10 per cent last year to 55,000, and can be expected to increase another 10 per cent in the coming year.

EPA released a survey showing that $271 billion is needed to maintain and improve the nation's wastewater infrastructure, including pipes that carry wastewater to treatment plants, the technology that treats the water, and methods for managing stormwater runoff. Wastewater infrastructure must also be made more resilient to the impacts of climate change, including sea level rise, stronger and more frequent storms, flooding, and drought.
