Monolithic switches provide low CD(OFF) of 2.6 pF, CD (ON) of 7.6 pF, charge injection down to -0.7 pC, and typical switch-on leakage current of 9 pA. Operating from single 1.8–5.5 V power supply, RoHS-compliant units consume <0.01 µW and offer ESD tolerance of >8 kV.
