(Telecompaper) T-Mobile US announced it's the first national mobile operator to make LTE-U available to customers in the US. T-Mobile LTE-U is live in select locations in Bellevue, WA; Brooklyn, NY; Dearborn, MI; Las Vegas, NV; Richardson, TX; and Simi Valley, CA, with more rolling out later in 2017.

T-Mobile US launches unlimited data plan for USD 70

(Telecompaper) T-Mobile US has launched an unlimited data plan at USD 70 per month. Customers receive unlimited calls, texts and LTE data for that price, with restrictions only on video, which is limited to SD quality (480p), and hotspot use, which is throttled to 2G speeds. To upgrade the video to HD, subscribers can pay another USD 25 per month. T-Mobile said it will also impose a fair-use policy; the same as on its other plans, the 3 percent of customers using the most data, currently over 26 GB per month, may see their connection throttled until the next billing month.
