UNDATED The company that proposes a new crude oil pipeline from North Dakota to Superior is getting ready for public hearings on the project in Minnesota next month. Lorraine Little of Enbridge Energy says the hearings will focus on the need for the Sandpiper line through northern Minnesota.

Dominion sues landowners in Va. to survey land for pipeline

Dominion Resources is suing more than 40 landowners in Virginia who won't allow the company to survey their properties for a proposed natural gas pipeline. Dominion spokesman Jim Norvelle tells The News-Virginian that Virginia law allows the company to enter the properties to conduct the surveys.
