ETL Systems presents a series of passive L-band transformers between 50Ω to 75Ω impedance that are available in DC & 10 MHz pass on both ports, DC & 10 MHz block on both ports, and DC block and 10 MHz pass on both ports. Standard packaging is available with all models, and a tubular package style is available for models with DC & 10 MHz pass on all ports. Components are available with 50Ω SMA, N-type, BNC and 75Ω BNC or F-type RF connector types. Applications for these transformers include telecom infrastructures, satellite systems, microwave links, test and instrumentation, military communications, and radar networks.

Gate-Drive Transformers control automotive MOSFETs.

Measuring less than 8 mm in height, GDAU Series guarantees insulation level of 3 kV and creepage distance greater than 5 mm. Use of special insulated wire and special construction lower parasitic elements to values optimized for switching frequency of 90–125 kHz. Series shows magnetizing inductance value of no less than 400 µH to prevent output control voltage from any noticeable droop. Operating from -40 to +155°C, SMD devices are fully compliant with automotive AEC-Q200 standard.
