Southwest Ventilation Project Update: July 14, 2015

Construction has moved from SW Taylors Ferry Road to SW Virginia Avenue in an Environmental Services project to reduce sewer odors and increase the capacity of the Southwest Parallel Interceptor sewer system. The project is designed to accommodate current needs and potential growth. Since February, the contractor has installed about 1,000 feet of 24-inch concrete pipe and 6 manholes along SW Taylors Ferry Road.
