A driver lost control of her car while driving eastbound on Interstate 80 and hit a power pole, causing a power outage, according to Nevada Highway Patrol. Sgt. Don Plowman of NHP said the car was entering the state from California when the driver suffered a medical condition that caused her to lose control and hit a pole near Gold Ranch Casino.
