RHEA Group is currently recruiting a Human Resources Administrator to support the Recruitment Service at our clients premises in Noordwijk, The Netherlands on a parttime basis. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Recruitment activities including including the preparation of vacancy notices, compiling applicant lists, preparing for and ensuring the smooth running of candidate selection interviews, administering of relevant tests, preparing recruitment proposals. Followup and timely preparation of probation reports and contract extensions. Reassignment letters and critical review of Terms of Reference. Administering arrival and departure processes for all categories of Trainees including preparation of contracts, extensions and departures letters. Supporting induction activities, including the facilitation of Takeup Duty sessions. Maintaining the organisational changes by updating the Organisation Management Module in HRMS SAP accordingly as well as Forecast Provide accurate data input and performs duties using several other concurrent IT systems such as electronic staff files, Team Site, share drives, MAS, Lotus Notes. Generating ad hoc HR reports and statistics and ad hoc duties and special projects as requested. Supporting one or more corporate programmes as the National Trainee Programme, Interns Programme, International Trainees, temporary staffing, Experts and Consultants according to the exigencies of the service. Recommending and actively participating in the improvement and consolidation of internal processes, procedures and tools related to the Recruitment Service. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University Degree minimum Bachelors level Previous experience with human resources administrative processes, preferably within an international environment Ability to work autonomously, as part of a team and as the main contact point for a defined group of staff and managers Ability to interpret and explain ESA rules and procedures Proven experience in the use of various IT tools running in parallel Good communication skills in English with the ability to draft written correspondence in English Strong organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise High level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow up Positive attitude and customer service focus, maintaining ESAs professional reputation Resourceful approach to problem solving Excellent sense of discretion and confidentiality Strong work ethic and flexibility to work under pressure in a fast paced environment High degree of selfmotivation, energy and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level? Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Work autonomously as the main contact point for a defined group of ESTEC staff. This regards the execution of the full range A to Z of daytoday Staff Administration processes, inter alia Contract administration spanning over the whole career of the staff Verification of entitlements to allowances, indemnities and benefits Generation and maintenance of payroll inputs Administration of working time and leave Preparation of statements. Be responsible of a number of specialized tasks Coordination of the Annual Social Benefits Questionnaire exercise ESTEC contact point for Cignarelated queries Administrative lead in relation to one or several international schools Settlement of Launch Campaigns. Data input to several concurrent IT systems, mainly SAP Human Resources Management including Success Factors, electronic staff files, Team Site, etc. Actively suggest improvements of internal processes and tools related to the different services. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University Degree minimum Bachelor level At least 2 years of relevant previous experience with HR administration, e.g. payroll and time registration, preferably within an international environment Ability to work autonomously as the main contact point for a defined group of staff, but with a good team spirit Excellent sense of discretion and confidentiality Attention to detail, affinity with figures and swift followup of actions General interest in, and understanding of legal texts in the area of HR Resourceful and focussed on delivering a sound administration and good customer service Ability and confidence to work with various IT tools running in parallel Good communication skills in English and, in particular, the ability to draft clear written correspondence in English.
