Tougher air standards OK'd by Northeastern states

New Haven Register: Connecticut and the eight other Northeastern states that take part in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) on Thursday announced they have agreed to new standards that will further reduce air polluting emissions.
