CAR registrations for January surged by 10,000 - to nearly 40,000 - and have paved the way for a massive increase in purchases for the year overall. New figures from the Society of the Irish Motor Industry show a 33.5pc lift to 39,812 .

SPE and UL will offer UL's additive manufacturing (AM) training program to SPE members. Effective February 2016, SPE members will receive discounts on UL's AM training program and related content, and UL will sponsor new SPE members interested in such training by paying their SPE dues. Russell Broome, managing director of SPE called working with UL "an exciting opportunity" that will enable SPE to improve access to AM industry knowledge for >18,000 SPE members across 84 countries.
