General tasks to be performed Support and inspection of AIT activities Regular control of product documentation Guidance of the AIT team to perform product related documentation tasks Performance of MIPs, KIPs and IPs Documentation of inspection reports and QA documents To successfully perform the above mentioned tasks, the following background experience is required Professional education in Electrical Engineering, Space Technology, Information Technology or comparable qualification. Several years of experience in the performance of inspections, preferably in the aerospace or space industry. Welldeveloped communication skills and accustomed to work in teams. High level of responsabilities and ability to take decisions with consideration of customer requirements and opinions. Experience in materials logistics and knowledge of metrology is a plus. Preferably knowledge of NCTS NonConformance Tracking System and ideally certified for inspections according to ECSSQST08C, ST026C, ST028C or IPC. Fluency in spoken and written English. Sense of responsibility and an effective way of working. Active Personal Security Clearance or eligiable to get it quickly. For this onsite position for our clients location in Munich, South Germany, we are looking for an Inspector able to perform inspections on solar cells, ELM and quality assurance. Tasks and Responsibilities Control of AITwork in terms of traceability, cleanliness, metrology and calibration Surveillance of the correctness and completeness of hardware logbooks Surveillance of correct documentation of manufacturing, integration and tests in asrun procedures Executing and reporting on keyinspectionpoints for the definition of the hardware status Hardware inspections asbuilt status versus asdesigned status and workmanship Incoming and outgoing inspections Writing of nonconformance reports when the NC is found during inspection Assistance for AIT in the writing of nonconformance reports for NCs that occur during assembly, integration and test Integration and test release Surveillance of cleanliness and environmental conditions of the integration and fabrication facilities Witnessing of critical processes and test steps. Requirements Professional training in a technical field At least three years of professional experience as a Quality Inspector or AIT engineer in the space industry Accuracy, reliability and diligence Preferably certificates for solderingPCB Inspection, crimp inspection Good English language skills German language skills are a plus, but not required. Today, in all but two Canadian provinces, virtually anyone can call themselves a home inspector - regardless of whether or not they have completed any sort of professional training. Only British Columbia and Alberta currently have legislation in place requiring home inspectors to be licensed, while Ontario says it's planning to introduce regulations this year.
