Specific Competence Requirements Master level degree in either electrical, electromechanical or mechanical engineering 5 or more years of project managementcoordination experience in building infrastructure and sound knowledge of project managemnet principles Good knowledge of European and Dutch applicable norms and legislationin their filed of expertise A high level of proficency in the following MS Office sofware packages Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Visio. Required Languages English, fluent in both written and oral forms, Dutch is an asset for the position

IPC elects new officers and members to IPC Board.

On March 15, Nominating and Governance Committee of IPC Board of Directors presented 9 candidates for election at the IPC Annual Meeting. Newly elected Board officers serving 2-year terms include Chairman of the Board Joe O’Neil, Vice Chairman Mikel Williams, and Secretary/Treasurer Shane Whiteside. Newly elected board members include Tom Edman, Robert Feuerstein, and Steve Pudles, and members selected for term renewal include Tony Zhou, Mike Carano, and Bob Neves. All 6 will serve 4-year term.

New York attorney Kenneth Eland has filed a shareholder derivative lawsuit against AT&T's officers and directors, reports the Dallas Morning News , "alleging that they knew or should have known that a billing practice called 'cramming' was illegal and would harm the business." The lawsuit lists AT&T Chief Executive Randall Stephenson among the defendants, alleging that he and others breached their fiduciary duty to the company "by causing or allowing significant control gaps in the company's anti-cramming program."
