Now that the owners of Victory Brewing have unveiled t heir newest brewery and restaurant to the public , beer fans can eat, drink and learn at the biggest and most eco-friendly of their two brewery and three brewpub locations. Two years after beginning to brew out of Parkesburg, in Chester County, visitors can finally tour the EPA-approved brewery and relax at the two-story pub part of the brewpub that captivates the eye with 350 seats and a whole lot of reclaimed wood.

Coming just one day after 7-Eleven Inc. announced that it is acquiring 183 Exxon Mobil Corp. sites in Florida, Victory Petroleum Inc. has announced that it has expanded its retail network in southern Florida with an agreement to acquire the real-estate interests and fuel distribution rights in 38 ExxonMobil company- and dealer-operated gas stations located in Miami. As reported yesterday in a Morgan Keegan/ CSP Daily News Flash, the agreement between Victory Petroleum and ExxonMobil also includes the distribution rights to three dealer-owned sites.

A federal judge has reversed a jury verdict of $6.31 million against Cox Communications after finding no evidence that the cable company foreclosed competition in the market for set-top boxes. An Oklahoma City jury had examined whether the company forced its premium cable-TV customers to rent its set-top boxes in violation of antitrust laws .

Recent tests to see whether LTE-U technology interferes with Wi-Fi signals prove conclusively that LTE-U poses no problems whatsoever for Wi-Fi networks, and also that LTE-U will drown out Wi-Fi, depending on which party is to be believed. Both the pro-LTE-U side of the debate, backed largely by Qualcomm, and the anti-LTE-U side, made up of a host of different tech companies under the aegis of the Wi-Fi Alliance , say that testing has vindicated their respective positions.
