Opera 15, with Googles Chromium backend, now available to download: Its fast, but lacks features

Opera 15, the first version of Opera that ships with Google's Chromium backend instead of Presto, is now available to download for Windows and Mac. By switching to Chromium, Opera is now a lot faster (comparable to Chrome, in fact) and more compatible with HTML5 websites and apps. Opera 15 also introduces some interesting new features, including a reworked Speed Dial, and Discover, which is a bit like a built-in version of StumbleUpon.

Google now offers the ability to edit Office documents within Chrome OS, although the new feature is currently far less capable than the document-editing capabilities of Google's own Google Apps. However, there's one reason why this is worth checking out: the service is the first time that Google's QuickOffice has made an appearance.
