A New Jersey man has pleaded guilty in Tennessee to defrauding FedEx Corp. of an estimated hundreds of thousands of dollars. U.S. Attorney Edward L. Stanton III's office said 48-year-old Anthony Caruso used his New Jersey-based shipping and logistics company, CSA Group, to ship packages under a different account with more favorable rates.

Nearly two weeks after the hit-and-run in which 22-year-old TCS employee Archana Pandya died in Goregaon, police sources say the incident might have an eyewitness called 'Manish' and he could be an employee of Tata Consultancy Services . Archana died in front of the Vanrai police station gate on Western Express Highway on May 13. Police sources said that it was Manish who tried to take Archana to a hospital and kept her body on the footpath, and alerted the cops.

In a suit filed in California demanding a jury trial, the ACE Foundation - which uses technology to tackle humanitarian causes in the developing world - says $2.53 million of its money is being wrongfully held in Australia. The contested funds are being held as part of a New South Wales police investigation into alleged bribery of CBA executives that saw tech firm ServiceMesh win a major contract with the bank in 2013, shortly before being acquired for $260 million by CSC.
