Pizarro: San Jose craft cocktail bar Singlebarrel putting out the lights in May
2015-02-28 08:53:22| Electronics - Topix.net

Do not mourn too greatly, though, as owner Cache Bouren says he plans to open a cocktail bar with a new concept a few weeks later in the same basement space on First and San Salvador streets. Bouren says he opened the speakeasy-style bar in 2010 in part to educate customers about craft cocktails -- you know, those fancy cocktails handmade with fresh ingredients and high end spirits.
