Corner Bakery Cafe, a fast casual restaurant concept from Dallas, Texas, said it has lined up a group of franchisees who could add up to eight locations in the northern part of the Pittsburgh area. The chain, owned and operated by CBC Restaurant Corp., is looking for additional developers to add sites in the southern part of the region.
