Police issue CCTV appeal over theft of two handbags from TK Maxx

POLICE have issued this CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the theft of two handbags from a store. In the appeal officers say that on the afternoon of Monday, December 21 2015 the bags were taken at the TK Maxx store on St Helens Retail Park, Warrington New Road.
