Classical Up Close, an annual series of free chamber music concerts organized and performed by musicians of the Oregon Symphony, will take place between April 24 and May 3, with performance events throughout various Portland-area neighborhoods. The festival centers around six informal, full-length concerts, where audience members are encouraged to sit onstage with the performers, take pictures, post to social media, ask questions, and applaud freely.
