3 Possible Downtown Locations For Mixed-Use Developments

The City of Sioux Falls has decided on three possible locations for its new parking ramp and is now asking private developers to submit their mixed-use proposals for the selected site. They include the Mall Avenue parking lot, which is more commonly known as the "Skelly's Lot" behind Phillips Avenue.
