39,000 households benefit from Singapore's DTV Assistance Scheme

In an answer to a parliamentary question, Singapore's Minister for Communications and Information has said that 39,000 households have received free digital TV set-top boxes under the country's Digital TV (DTV) Assistance Scheme.
