Alutto’s compensation included $585,000 in salary, $780,840 in stock awards, $2,136,579 in option awards, $112,978 in non-equity incentive plan compensation and $2,000 in all other compensation.
He has been both president and CEO of the medical waste firm since January 2013. He joined the company in 1997, following the acquisition of the company where he was employed. He became an executive officer in 2011 and served as president of Stericycle USA. He also served as vice president and managing director of SRCL Europe and corporate vice president of Stericycle's large quantity generator business unit.
