A frosty reception - US unveils Arctic strategy

Last week, US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel set out the Pentagon's new Arctic strategy. The strategy could see a greater investment in cold-weather training for personnel and the acquisition of equipment designed to withstand harsh Arctic conditions.
