AMCS has announced the acquisition of Qv21 Technologies in an undisclosed financial transaction. Austin-based Qv21 provides fleet management and logistics tech for short-haul and bulk commodity trucking companies. The deal is a crucial advancement for AMCS, commented Jimmy Martin, co-founder and CEO, AMCS.
