AMD launches new Beema, Mullins SoCs: Higher performance at almost-low-enough TDPs

AMD is launching its new tablet and notebook chips today, codenamed Beema and Mullins. The two cores build on AMD's budget Kabini chip, adding higher clock speeds, security functions, and significantly improving TDP.
