(Telecompaper) AT&T will be the exclusive carrier for the new Amazon smartphone, expected to be introduced on 18 June, according to people familiar with the plans, reported The Wall Street Journal. The agreement extends Amazon's existing partnership with AT&T, which already provides wireless service to Amazon's Kindle tablets and e-readers.
