CARY – Discussion and consideration of a potential affordable senior housing independent living development behind the Jewel-Osco in Cary is still a while away, a village official said. There has not been a closure on the purchase price between the seller and potential buyer of the 3.9-acre lot along Three Oaks Road, Village Administrator Chris Clark said.
