Alpheus Communications recently announced the second phase of fiber expansion in Dallas, Houston and Austin, extending the existing fiber network to an additional 3,000 buildings; bringing the total near-net building count to just over 6,000. With this expansion, the Alpheus fiber network would reach more than 40,000 businesses in these fast-growing business markets
