Apple apologises for listening into Siri, plans opt-in to ensure privacy

(Telecompaper) Apple has apologised to users for listening in to their conversations over its digital assistant Siri. The company said it's halted the practice of reviewing Siri audio recordings, but will resume later this year under stricter privacy controls, so it can continue to improve the voice-activated service.
