Apple offers to double investment in JDI after Harvest Tech pulls out of rescue plan

(Telecompaper) One of the last major investors in the capital rescue plan for Japan Display Inc has pulled out of the deal, leaving the company's future in doubt. JDI said it would continue talks with investors, including its customer Apple, but its ability to remain a going concern was at risk due to diminishing cash flow.
