Developed specifically for cleaning internal cooling channels in turbine blades, BladeWash Parts Washers completely remove casting media used in manufacturing process so that blades may be used in engine assembly. Components are held in very confined wash chamber, while water is pumped through and around components at 265–475 gpm, depending on component and fixturing. Washers are also suitable for cleaning other parts with internal bores and complex geometries.
