Area car sales drop 13 percent in March

New-vehicle sales in the Dallas area dropped a surprising 13.4 percent in March, driven down apparently by too many wet weekends. The double-digit drop followed two months of higher sales in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which were more typical for the area.
