Ashford Hospitality to spin off asset-management business

The new company, Ashford Inc., will be the successor to Ashford Hospitality's current adviser subsidiary, Ashford Hospitality Advisors LLC, which also advises In connection with the spinoff, Ashford Inc. is expected to enter into a 20-year advisory agreement to externally advise the company and will continue to externally advise Ashford Prime.
